Franco Ferreri Services is a private chef and catering business based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“we,” “us”). These terms apply to all bookings made with us.
1. Quotes & Confirmation
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the client accepts the quote and pays the deposit described below.
2. Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total quoted amount is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is invoiced after the event. Payment details will be provided with your quote.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: full deposit refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: the deposit is forfeited; no further payment is owed.
4. Changes to Guest Numbers or Requirements
Guest count and dietary requirements should be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event. Changes made after this point may affect pricing or menu availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions in writing before the event. While we take great care in menu planning and preparation, we cannot be held liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions, or from cross-contamination in home kitchens not under our full control.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total value of that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (illness, extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule where possible.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
